Never buy this product. the customer service number 9310636363 is of no use. They are very hard to reach and even if they pickup the phone, they will never help you.My remote stopped working after 1 year and they have no solution, they will not even send technician for checking.Very bad after sales service.Waste of Money.Very Bad Product.# DONT Buy it ...EVEN if it is given for Free.

Digital display,full function remote control,remote is handy,light weight.Despite remote controls,there are manual small push buttons have been provided on the lower side of heater for timer and rest of functions.Equipment can be easily fixed on wall with just two pvc wall plugs and screw provided with the heater.But quality of the wall plugs was poor(ban't rely on such plugs for mounting).Power cord is provided with 16 Amp fused top(good quality).Over all good heater;but bit noisy can be bought.Takes around 15-20 mnt for overall effect.Be careful while buying,price fluctuation is from 4480 to 5380/-.I bought it for Rs.4870.Take care.
